How does it work?
Order ahead! We deliver to all of Sydney and beyond on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, but you must order by 1:30pm the day before.
- Preheat the oven or BBQ to 230c
- Add toppings to your pizza
- Cook for 6-8 minutes
- Eat. Enjoy. Repeat
Who is Hank?
Hank’s Hot Box was started by me, Nick Allen, a pizza obsessed international pilot who was terminated in April 2020 as a result of the COVID pandemic. Freshly out of work and a new father to 2 month old son (Hank!) it was time to see if I could make it work doing something else that I loved.
For 8 years prior to losing my job in 2020, I lived and worked in Japan, where an acute eye for detail and perfection was the norm. This ethos has lived on in Hank's Hot Box and resulted in the perfect dough, premium local ingredients, and a finished product that I hope you will love.
