Mortadella loves a white base pizza!
Traditionally, mortadella is added to a white base pizza after cooking (don't cook the moeradella!)
Finish with sliced green olives, crushed pistachios, and/or Hank's Basil in EVOO.
Pro tip - try adding burrata to your mortadella pizza too!
