Delightful Vermentino from Frankland River WA. Destemmed and fermented on skins for 10 days then pressed to older oak for 6 months

Ultra fragrant and light orange in colour due to skin contact. Bright, crunchy, textural wine. Sweet tangerine, curry leaf spice then a pink grapefruit kick.

Bobar Chardonnay 2020

Bobar Chardonnay has such a distinct expression of Yarra Valley Chardonnay; tasty, powerful and rich, restrained, refreshing and mineral all at once.

Straw yellow. A complex and compact aroma, citrus blossom, almond meal, honeydew melon, barely ripe white nectarine, sourdough and dried pineapple. The palate is fresh, linear and intense, all pithy citrus, blanched almond and a mineral water texture.

Brave New Wine. Small Town.

Bright red/white blend. Picked early for freshness, carbonic maceration and co-fermentation for lightness and funk, gentle extraction for light tannin.

La Ginestra Sant'Ellero Chianti 2018

Sant’ Ellero Chianti La Ginestra, hand harvested and farmed using 100% organic methods.

5-day maceration, spontaneous fermentation and 12 months aging in stainless steel have produced this exceptional and fruit forward wine.
Aging: 12 months in stainless steel. No fining. No filtration.

Brash Higgins ‘NDV’ Nero d’Avola.

Amphora wine.
Aged in clay; an ancient technique experiencing a modern day renaissance. Decanting recommended. 

"Dark ruby in colour, with hints of black cherry, Indian spices and stem ginger. Orange peel also present which is usual in this wine. Reminiscent of a Negroni cocktail, angostura bitters and all. A pomegranate, bright dark raspberry and morello cherry mid-palate balanced by a refreshing sweet and sour red cherry acidity. The wine finishes with fine grained, chain link tannins as well as some savouriness. Decanting is always recommended for amphora wines” – Brad Hickey, Vinitor, September 1, 2021.
